Our sauté pan has a large surface area and high-extended straight sidewalls, meaning it holds liquid in a way that a skillet, with its slanted slides, can’t. This makes it perfect for certain cooking tasks that require cooking ingredients in a liquid, such as shallow frying and braising, but this pan is also capable of much more. Plus, all of our pans are oven safe. Need to pop a dish in the oven after cooking it on the stovetop? No problem, this sauté pan can do both.

This product features hollow heat-resistant handles. Sardel cookware works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. All of our stainless steel cookware is also oven safe, up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Made in Italy.
