We love our new purchase, however it arrived with a broken ice dispenser and is not dispensing any ice we have paid two professionals to install it and still not working. From that they look great and function great

How cool is this oven/air fryer! We just finished our kitchen renovation and have only used it a couple times. Air fried taquitos and pizza so far. We love our new ZLINE kitchen appliances. We bundled 5 pieces. The ordering process was easy. Everything was delivered promptly. The black hood vent was just what we wanted to go with the black shiplap island. The vent suction is strong. The lights are nice with a mellow daylight white (not warm yellow) The baffle vents are easy to remove for cleaning. The vent motor isn’t super loud and has different speeds. Very happy with the look and function.

I have had the smoker for a few weeks now. Kamado Joe is a really high quality smoker. The construction of it is well thought out and I have no doubts it will last a long time. All the components are either powder coated or high grade stainless steel. It is easy to use. I had to watch a few youtube videos to get the settings correct but once I did I was good to go. The app works well and was also easy to use. If you are on the lookout for a smoker this one is great! Picture shows the smoker with a DoJoe accessory
This thing is incredible. The JoeTisserie fit perfectly with my Big Joe Series III, no fuss, no weird adjustments. Just dropped it in and got to work.
I’ve already cooked a couple of whole chickens (one was just over 20lbs!) and the motor handled it like a champ. Super sturdy with smooth rotation the whole time.
But the real surprise? The results. I honestly didn’t expect restaurant-quality rotisserie chicken in my backyard — but that’s exactly what I got. Juicy, crispy, packed with flavor. I can't imagine going out paying for chicken anymore since I can make this in my backyard now!

This thing heats up fast, holds the temperature perfectly and gives you a super even cook surface. I’ve cooked pancakes, bacon, eggs, smash burgers, stir fry and all turned out amazing. Love the cooking versatility this gives me!
It’s heavy-duty in the best way with thick material, tough stitching and fits like a glove over my Big Joe. You can tell right away it’s made to last.
We’ve had some serious rain and wind lately and this cover hasn’t budged or let a drop through. My grill stays totally protected, no moisture, no dust as if there was no rain at all!

I’ve had the Big Joe III for a few weeks now and I’m honestly obsessed. I’ve already grilled 10+ times and everything from steaks to veggies to smoked ribs has turned out amazing.
I called in before buying and Premium Home Source's customer service was amazing. I called in before buying with a bunch of questions about the different models, and the team was super friendly and helpful. They knew their stuff and really took the time to walk me through it.
When the grill arrived, I was shocked at how well it was packaged. It came in an extra-sturdy box with reinforced edges and everything inside was protected and perfectly intact. No damage, no issues.
The assembly was easier than I expected as the instructions were clear, and the parts were thoughtfully laid out.
Yes, it’s on the higher end price-wise but honestly, you get what you pay for. The build feels rock solid, the hinge, the vent system, the materials, everything is top-notch.
In just the first few weeks, I’ve already grilled more than 10 times from low-and-slow smoking to high-heat searing and even baking. The versatility is next-level. I love the 3-Tier Divide & Conquer system since I am able to cook meats and vegetables at the same time but at different temps. And the temp control? Super accurate and easy to dial in.
Bottom line: if you’re thinking about it, go for it. I had a great experience and this thing is a beast in the best way.

I’ve been using it all the time, especially with salmon, steaks, scallops, bacon, you name it. Sear comes out perfect every time. And I gotta say… the smash burgers? Unreal. My kids are officially obsessed.
It also cleans up way easier than I expected. Quick rinse and it’s good to go again.
If you’ve already got a Kamado Joe and you’re thinking about this soapstone, just do it. You won’t regret it.
The cost of a 48” refrigerator is unfathomably expensive. How much you ask? $12k to $18k !! This FORNO tandem is outstanding. Gorgeous stainless steel. Easy to assemble. And the price is fabulous. Sooooooo pleased!!!
We just installed the Zline 30" microwave drawer in our kitchen island as part of the renovation project 2 weeks ago. It is very quiet and loves the features that came with it.
