Mr cool mini split was super easy to install and get running. It took me about 2 hours to do the job fully. Buying another soon.
We placed an order for a Thor refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher on July 8th. The items arrived late and on two separate shipments. Upon arrival, the microwave was severely damaged. There were dents all over the front and bent metal on the back and the microwave door was completely misaligned. It was clearly dropped and mishandled at some point prior to its delivery. Next, we opened the refrigerator and it had a massive dent on the front right door, clearly visible. The refrigerator also had deep scratches on the front and both sides. We took photos and immediately called and emailed customer service about a return or replacement and have been given the run around for over a month now. Every time we follow up we get the same response “we will reach out to the manufacturer and get back to you with an update.” Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. We have not been able to move into our home for over a month due to these delays and we still do not have a clear update as of today. Highly advise against ordering from this company. We spent thousands of dollars and cannot even get a clear answer. At this point, we just want a full refund or replacement appliances that are not damaged and still have no clear response from Premium Home Source.

It is, hands down, an overall great purchase and has completely transformed the look and flow of our kitchen.First off, it is incredibly stylish. It looks and feels premium from the handles to the finish.On the inside, it is remarkably spacious. The layout is exceptionally well thought out, with adjustable shelving and deep door bins that maximize every square inch. There is a dedicated spot for everything, meaning no more burying jars in the back or struggling to fit large platters.If you are on the fence about investing in this fridge, do yourself a favor and buy it. Oven looks great and works great. Oven temperature is accurate as we verified with an internal thermometer.

We’ve had a great experience with this Samsung Bespoke 36” 4-Door Flex refrigerator. It looks beautiful, keeps food fresh, and the counter-depth design fits perfectly in our kitchen. The Family Hub screen is very convenient for calendars, recipes, and shopping lists, and the AI Vision feature is a nice bonus. It’s quiet, spacious, and the white glass finish gives it a modern, high-end look. Highly recommend!
This fridge is everything in person! I just moved into my new home and wanted a statement piece in appliances and did I find it! It is very sharp looking, even my handyman remarked how beautiful it is! I also will be purchasing the matching stove, dishwasher and hood vent as I will be redoing the kitchen. The inside is more than enough room for my household, it's just perfect! Very happy with this!
I so far absolutely love this range! We also bought the range hood for it and I am so happy with them both! The 20000 btu’s per burner have been a game changer for cooking. The ability of the burners to go from a low simmer to blazing is fantastic, especially stir frying with my steel 16” wok! Speaking of which I love how the wok ring that comes with this range locks onto the grates. I really appreciate how all the parts on the top of the range (bar the igniter) come off for cleaning. I highly recommend the range hood too that goes with this range! This range and hood are the center piece of our kitchen. I’m in love too!

These Forno appliances are so beautiful, and very quiet, they all work like a dream. We absolutely love them. This is the very best appliance purchase we have ever made in our lives.
This beverage fridge is exactly what we were looking for! It is absolutely beautiful and just the right size for our space. It brings my utility room to the next level! We are so happy with our purchase, There is a bit of assembly required but it’s pretty easy. The only thing that frustrated us about delivery is that the shipping company would not take the box away. Otherwise, everything went great and we’d highly recommend this item.
Let me introduce Mildred she is beautiful. I hug her everyday and show her love. Mildred has been sitting in my dining room until the remodel advances forward. My pup being introduced to Mildred. Extremely happy with these! They are the exact look I was going for, and they function perfectly. Dishwasher is extremely quiet, and cleans everything thoroughly. The refrigerator is user friendly. And the oven holds good temperature and seems to cook everything evenly. 10/10 would recommend!!
These glass lids are a wonderful complement to my Caraway pans, so that I can see how the food is cooking. Perfect storage bins.
