This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 36K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 12K and 18K BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers and a remote, lineset, communication wire for each air handler. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 36K BTU Rating of the Condenser.

Air Handler 12K BTU
- Vast Coverage Area. The cassette covers an area between 250 to 500 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify) and SLEEP.
- Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
- Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
- Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function, the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.

These Mr Cool units are fantastic! I purchased the first unit to offset some of my propane furnace heating costs with the left over solar credits I had. Once I put the one unit in, I knew immediately that this was the way to go. These things are quiet and super efficient. The instructions are easy to follow for anyone handy looking to save alot of money. The app works great and easy to configure. Premium Home Source was a pleasure to work with as well. Quick responses and professional. I definitely recommend, don't hesitate if you're on the fence about it.
