Mr Cool DIY 18k Heat Pump 4th Gen

Ordered the system off the website, spoke to a couple agents on the phone with some questions to make sure I was getting the correct system for my needs, everyone was very nice and helpful. System arrived in about a week and everything was packaged up nicely on a pallet. My dad and myself installed this system with minimal issues. Was a super easy setup and within about 2 hours we had it up and running. Warms the house nicely and we are about to buy another system for our Airbnb.

Almost Too Good to Be True

These Mr Cool units are fantastic! I purchased the first unit to offset some of my propane furnace heating costs with the left over solar credits I had. Once I put the one unit in, I knew immediately that this was the way to go. These things are quiet and super efficient. The instructions are easy to follow for anyone handy looking to save alot of money. The app works great and easy to configure. Premium Home Source was a pleasure to work with as well. Quick responses and professional. I definitely recommend, don't hesitate if you're on the fence about it.
