This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler and two Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
Package Includes

This package does not include linesets, don't forgot to scroll up and add them!

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 27K BTU Rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

          Very happy that I went with the mini split

          I was nervous buying this... it's my first time having to learn about ACs and mini splits etc. I recently became a home owner and the house didn't come with an AC unit... My neighbor actually recommended I look into a mini split system and MR Cool looked like they had some great reviews. Very happy that I went with this system. My dad came over to help me install it and he said it was super easy.

          We love our mini split. Really impressed with the quality of the system and easy installation. Our bedroom was always too hot in the morning and too cold in the evening before we installed the mrcool. The room is amazing now. Can't say enough good things about this product. Fantastic purchase.
