In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

  • FORNO bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage (Installation, unpacking, or removal of old appliances is not included).
  • FORNO will deliver your appliances to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
  • For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
  • Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.

Very impressed

The look and quality is outstanding. I can’t express enough the amazing power of the induction. A friend purchased this same range at the same time and convinced me to go with induction. I have always been a fan of gas and this cooks like a gas stove. It heats and boils so fast I can barely keep up. Hands down best range I have ever owned. And it’s beautiful!

Sexy range

We wanted an induction cooktop and black color to match our monolithic black fridge. Really like the gold knobs. It came with a silver set also in case we need a change. Pot that is part stainless made an extremely loud buzzing when full of cold water so we tried a different brand pot and it’s fine now. It does hum when heating and hums to cool down the oven after use. That is not a problem. Everything works fine but we haven’t tried the air fry option yet. This is a unique range and we are happy with it
