Cooking Surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 68,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces.

The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean.
