  • Fan Compatibility: Works exclusively with current Haiku indoor fans.
  • Dimming & Color Temperatures: Includes 16 dimmable settings and two color temperatures (2,700K and 4,000K).
  • Color Options: Features seven color choices plus a night light mode through the mobile app.
  • LED Output: Produces 1,845 lumens with an efficiency rating up to 94.8 lumens per watt.
  • Indirect Lighting: Creates a luxurious aesthetic with soft, indirect illumination.
  • Style Accents: Adds visual depth and enhances the overall design of your space.
  • Mount Compatibility: Can be installed only on Haiku indoor universal mount fans (not compatible with low-profile versions).
  • Downlight Restriction: Cannot be used on fans equipped with a downlight.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Curbside Delivery
Big Ass Fans orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Shipping Times
Evaporative Coolers: 5-8 days
Ceiling Fans: 20-32 days
Please note some custom fans can take 50 days, check the product page for specific dates.

RETURN POLICY

Big Ass Fans returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
