This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 48K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, 9K BTU Wall Mount Air Handler and two 18K BTU Air Handlers and three installation kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.

Mini Split System Includes

Condenser 48K BTU

  • Energy Efficient. This 48K BTU condenser is capable of producing up to an impressive 20.5 SEER2 efficiency rating. And yes... this qualifies for major savings using energy or tax rebates!
  • Works In Extreme Temperatures. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -5°F.
  • Cool and Heat Worry-Free. The condenser comes with a 7 year compressor and 5 year parts warranty. Want lifetime coverage on the compressor? Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    Air Handler 9K BTU

    • Large Coverage Area. The air handler covers an area between 180 to 375 sq. ft.

    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.

      Free Curbside Delivery
      MRCOOL orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

      Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
      In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

      RETURN POLICY

      MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

      Restocking Fee
      Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

      Non-Returnable Items
      Accessories including lineguards, wall mounts, linesets, couplers, and similar items are not eligible for return.
