DESCRIPTION

The MRCOOL® TravelCool™ MRDHP15WD-LCW system pairs the 15,000 BTU TravelCool rooftop heat pump in white with the MLRDK ductless interior kit, a remote control and a wired controller. The DC inverter unit cools and heats on 115V power and fits the standard 14.17-inch x 14.25-inch RV ceiling opening without a special cut-out.

  • Plug-and-Go Fit: Built around the industry-standard 14.17" x 14.25" ceiling opening, so no special cut-out is required. MRCOOL states that professional installation is not required.
  • Ductless Kit Included (MLRDK): A low-profile ceiling assembly delivers air directly into the living space with no duct routing. Ductless is the quieter configuration and suits smaller campers and vans.
  • DC Inverter Efficiency: A variable-speed inverter compressor adjusts output continuously instead of cycling on and off, holding temperature steadier. Sound level stays below 65 dB, and the ductless configuration is quieter than the ducted one.
  • Low 11-Amp Draw with Soft Start: Built-in soft start limits startup surge, and the unit runs on about 11 amps, which suits generator and battery-powered setups. Minimum circuit ampacity is 16A with a 25A maximum fuse or breaker.
  • Cooling and Heating in One Unit: 15,000 BTU (1.25 ton) cooling and 10,236 BTU heating from a single heat pump, so add-on heat strips are not needed. Heating operates in outdoor temperatures as low as 41°F.
  • Remote and Wired Controller Included: Control the system from the included remote, the wired controller or the unit's display thermostat. Built-in Wi-Fi works with the MRCOOL® Connect app on iOS and Android for real-time control, alerts and monitoring.
  • Low-Profile Roof Design: The roof unit measures 29.72" W x 40.95" D x 10.63" H with an aerodynamic housing that helps reduce drag.
  • Warranty and Build: Backed by a 2-year parts and compressor warranty. R-32 refrigerant, brushless DC condenser fan and blower motors, and a reusable filter.

Free Curbside Delivery
MRCOOL orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including lineguards, wall mounts, linesets, couplers, and similar items are not eligible for return.
