      RETURN POLICY

      MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

      Overall worth any headaches

      I am pleased with my over all experience thus far. Build quality pleasantly surprised me as everything seemed to be well put together and made with reasonably sturdy materials. I retro fitted the condenser and air handler into my home replacing a 24 year old unit. As with any retro fit I had to make modifications to both the air handler and condenser to make them fit into my space but only minimal and mostly cosmetic changes were made. The pre-charged flexible line set gave me the most trouble however connecting them to the units was not the problem, but bending them to fit almost sank my instal. Because these lines only come in set sizes, I had to move up to a size longer then required for my home and I had to get creative on what to do with the excess line. Wiring in the units was fairly straightforward with the included wire diagram and a little know how. The few complaints I have are related to the design and layout of the line set connectors, in my use case it was very difficult to get the line set bent into place without a kink ruining the line. The line set is kink resistant but the tight corners I had to navigate into the condenser and air handler required a tremendous amount of patience and careful pressure to bend the line set into place. Overall I would recommend this product and the family member who helped install mine is convinced to purchase the same product when they next need to update their A/C. I would recommend doing plenty of measurements before any attempt to install and plan out the path for the line set. The unit has been up and running for 2 days and i will update my review if necessary should any problems arise
