Please Note: The oil free vacuum pump can be used with any size freeze dryer. They are quiet, fast, and easy to use. The Harvest Right oil free vacuum pumps do not require oil changes and do not require regular user maintenance.This product does not come standard with a new freeze dryer order. Current customers with an older model freeze dryer will need an adapter for the oil free vacuum pump. Harvest Right will provide the adapter free of charge.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Curbside Delivery
Harvest Right orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 14 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

RETURN POLICY

Harvest Right returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
