I have had an amazing time after setting up this unit it works wonders, I personally mounted it to the back of my travel trailer and it is amazing!
Come packaged well, everything works great. Longer linesets also came with longer wires! 10/10
My husband and I installed 2 18k mini splits in our cottage in South Georgia. We have completed many projects together, but never mini splits. We took our time and read the directions carefully. We ordered a 35ft and 25ft condenser lines. Both units work beautifully and keep our cottage very comfortable in the high 90’s temperatures. They are very quiet and we absolutely love them.
Fantastic unit, easy to install.
The only thing that we paid extra for was for the wiring to be altered. We have a zone in each room and all in all everything was set up within a days time (9 hours) for 4 zones to be installed, no issues everything works amazing and is keeping our house extra cool this summer. Will definitely be recommending this product to everyone along with this company. We did order to short of a precharged line and I quickly went online and ordered the new one, sending the short one back. Within an hour I was messaged and told that the line I ordered wasn’t the correct one and was asked if I wanted to modify the new order to fit the correct unit I got, I was impressed with how fast and how efficient they are with making sure their customers are happy and not having to go through yet another return process. Such an amazing company!
