This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 36K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, Two 18K BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers and a remote, lineset, communication wire for each air handler. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.

Mini Split System Includes

Condenser 36K BTU

  • Energy Efficient. This 36K BTU condenser is capable of producing up to an impressive 21.5 SEER2 efficiency rating. And yes... this qualifies for major savings using energy or tax rebates!
  • Works In Extreme Temperature. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.
  • Cool and Heat Worry-Free. The condenser comes with a 7 year compressor and 5 year parts warranty. Want lifetime coverage on the compressor? Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

Air Handler 18K BTU

  • Vast Coverage Area. The cassette covers an area between 375 to 750 sq. ft.
  • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify) and SLEEP.
  • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
  • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
  • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function, the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.

    • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
    • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

        Mr Cool DIY 18k Heat Pump 4th Gen

        Ordered the system off the website, spoke to a couple agents on the phone with some questions to make sure I was getting the correct system for my needs, everyone was very nice and helpful. System arrived in about a week and everything was packaged up nicely on a pallet. My dad and myself installed this system with minimal issues. Was a super easy setup and within about 2 hours we had it up and running. Warms the house nicely and we are about to buy another system for our Airbnb.

        Almost Too Good to Be True

        These Mr Cool units are fantastic! I purchased the first unit to offset some of my propane furnace heating costs with the left over solar credits I had. Once I put the one unit in, I knew immediately that this was the way to go. These things are quiet and super efficient. The instructions are easy to follow for anyone handy looking to save alot of money. The app works great and easy to configure. Premium Home Source was a pleasure to work with as well. Quick responses and professional. I definitely recommend, don't hesitate if you're on the fence about it.
