Do I need the Fellow - Brew with Aiden app?

The Aiden works without the app, but we recommend you download it and sync your device to ensure you get the latest features, firmware updates, and best performance.

We’ll be releasing new mobile features (like mobile scheduling and brew control) over the course of the next few months.

How do I use and care for my Aiden Precision Coffee Maker?

Included with the Aiden Precision Coffee Maker is the Get to Know You Guide that walks through all of the coffee maker’s features. Cleaning and maintenance instructions are found in the Safety Manual.

Will Aiden be available in a 220-240V version?

Yes! Aiden will be available in 220-240V markets toward the end of this year.

Is Aiden BPA free?

Aiden is built with high-quality, food-grade plastic (BPA-free), stainless steel, and silicone so that you can brew with peace of mind.

What filters is Aiden compatible with?

Aiden’s single serve basket is compatible with standard #2 cone filters. Aiden’s batch brew basket is compatible with standard 8-12 cup batch filters.

In order to register your Fellow electric product, please submit this form. Registering your Aiden Precision Coffee Maker will extend your warranty by one additional year.
