The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch Gas Range enhances your home kitchen with professional styling and performance through its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless-steel design. The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners, totaling 160,000 BTU. All burners, each at 20,000 BTU, can simmer precisely at 1,000 BTU. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates facilitate easy sliding of pots or pans off heat over the enamel cooktop cavity, simplifying spill cleanup. The cumulative 6.58 cu. ft. double ovens, with a 44,000 BTU output, are enclosed in a blue enamel interior. The 4.32 cu.ft. main oven offers a powerful infrared mesh broiler, a rotisserie skewer and a convection fan for precise, and consistent cooking on multiple levels. The package includes 6 telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, 1 rotisserie kit, wok support, griddle and an LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated illuminated metal knobs with bezel rings ensure enduring beauty.

In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

  • FORNO bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage (Installation, unpacking, or removal of old appliances is not included).
  • FORNO will deliver your appliances to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
  • For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
  • Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.

Beautiful stove

Well, look at that... my partner, who's obsessed with perking up our kitchen (that's his secret hideout when he doesn't have a business trip), bought this recently. I'm here to find something else but I thought I should leave a review on this as well. I've always known these ranges to have a better quality than other brands since we have a few, so I wasn't really surprised by the excellent performance and quality of our new range. The first time I used it was more like "I knew it" moment.

I love the look and extreme quality and "beefiness" of this stove. Meaning very well made. So easy to clean and to use. Gorgeous Powerhouse

I've always wanted a professional range and I'm in love with this one. It's strong yet beautiful to look at. The oven racks slide out with a whisper. The range is so solid and powerful. For someone like me who loves cooking and entertaining, the job has just become so much easier. Juggling timings is a thing of the past. I can do it all at once now!
