Q: Can you manually open and close the drawer on this microwave MWD-1?

A: You can manually open the MWD-1 if you pull the handle on the drawer. Do not attempt to use the button and manually open the drawer at the same time.

This might cause the drawer to come off the tracks if it's pulled too fast while trying to automatically open. Either manually open the drawer or use the button but don’t do both.

ZLINE returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Quality microwave

I bought this in black stainless to match with the rest of my appliances from ZLINE. If you are looking for a quality microwave drawer then this is it. The only negative is the price, but at least you get what you pay for. I do love that there's no turntable.

I love the black stainless steel

I love the black stainless steel and it matches with the rest of our kitchen appliances. Our kitchen cabinets are white so I'm glad we went with black appliances. The microwave works great. The buttons are easy to press. There's a popcorn button, multiple defrost buttons etc.

Extremely satisfied with microwave drawer. It looks and feels great. I made the purchase right before the price increased which was even better. My cabinet was wider than the microwave so adjustments need to be be made other than that no issues.
