The ZLINE High Grate Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (model HG-GRZ-NS) is specifically designed for ZLINE ranges and rangetops equipped with high grates. A high grate is characterized by a measurement of approximately 1 inch from the base to the top of the grate.

Compatible ZLINE Models
The HG-GRZ-NS griddle is compatible with the following ZLINE models:

Legacy Dual Fuel Ranges (RA Series): 24", 30", 36", 48", and 60"
Legacy Rangetops (RT Series): 30", 36", and 48"
Autograph Edition Ranges and Rangetops: RAS-SN-GR-30, RAS-BR-GR-36, RTSZ-36-MB, RTSZ-36-G, RTSZ-36-CB
DuraSnow Series: RTS-BR-30, RTS-BR-36, RASZ-SN-36

Incompatible Models
The HG-GRZ-NS griddle is not compatible with ZLINE models that have low grates or different grate configurations. It is not suitable for models like the SGR/SDR series.

Usage Tips

Proper Placement: Ensure the griddle is placed vertically on a single grate section. Avoid spanning it across multiple grates to maintain stability and even heating.
Maintenance: After use, clean the griddle with a stiff brush and hot water, dry it thoroughly, and re-season as needed. Do not place it in the dishwasher.

RETURN POLICY

ZLINE returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return. Accessories like chimneys, extensions, and trim kits are not returnable.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.
