Purchased this hood when we were redoing a property for Airbnb. The space didn't have a kitchen and we had to add one. We weren't able to do an exterior vented hood, so I came across this product and it worked PERFECTLY. My favorite features. 1. Paintable! We were able to match the aesthetic of the kitchen; 2. 'Flexible!' Because this is wood, it's VERY easy to modify (if needed) to fit your space. For example, 'out of the box,' it was too tall in height, but we were able to easily cut it to perfectly fit our space. This really was the perfect product for what we needed.

I have had two very terrible experiences with this company. I bought a range hood for my oven back in December, after my home was completely destroyed by hurricane Ian. I just recently went to install the range hood and noticed that it had water damage, as well as was very poorly made. I attempted to return this item. However, they refused my return. They would not even give me a store credit and refused to even replace the piece that had water damage, saying that it looked like I had “painted“ the hood. I had also recently ordered the parts to go with the range hood which included air filters and crown molding. When I went to return these items the day after I received them, they told me I could not return these items. I am now out of over $1000 from this company. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from them. Disgusting and very poor customer service

I love love love this range hood. Its great quality, solid and very well made. I will be using it with my all white cabinets, white countertops and stainless appliances. I chose this because its eye catching,and different enough that I know I wont see it in anyone elses kitchen.
