Senville orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

RETURN POLICY

Senville returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 35% restocking fee and return shipping fee will be applied to all approved returns.

“Zone 1” means this is a single-zone mini split system, designed to heat or cool one specific room or area with its own indoor unit connected to the outdoor condenser.

I have the single zone eco Senville minisplit. If I upgrade the condenser to a two zone can I add another split?

Hi Wayne, thanks for getting in touch. The indoor and outdoor units of mini split systems like the Senville LETO are designed to work together as a matched system. You cannot upgrade just the condenser to a dual zone and keep your existing indoor unit from the single zone system. A multi-zone condenser requires indoor units that are specifically compatible with it.

If you want to add another split, you would need to purchase a full multi-zone system with the appropriate indoor and outdoor units.
