The varied, figurative designs are outlined with a raised wool pile for even more depth to sink into. Madi is hand-tufted in India and GoodWeave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers' communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs; we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar.

Product Care:
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability.  Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

All orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a minimum 15% restocking fee and return shipping fee will be applied to all approved returns.
