RETURN POLICY

Harvest Right returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Yes, the Harvest Right Premier Vacuum Oil Pump comes with a full one-year warranty from the original ship date. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials and applies to freeze dryers, Premier oil vacuum pumps, and oil-free vacuum pumps.

If any part of the pump proves defective within the warranty period, Harvest Right will repair or, at their discretion, replace the defective part.
