Harvest Right Oil Filter

Optimize the performance and lifespan of your freeze dryer with the Harvest Right Oil Filter, designed for easy and efficient oil filtration to keep your vacuum pump running smoothly. Each freeze dryer comes with one complimentary oil filter to help you maintain clean oil, which is essential for preserving your pump’s efficiency and durability. This user-friendly filter allows you to quickly separate water from oil, helping extend the life of your equipment and maintain top freeze-drying results.

• For Pump Oil Only: Designed exclusively for use with vacuum pump oil (not dishwasher safe).

First use:

• Remove cartridge packaging, grip the top of cartridge and place into cartridge holder of Harvest Right filter.
• Firmly press in cartridge until it makes a firm seal.
  

Oil Filtration Directions:

1. Open the oil reservoir drain valve and drain oil into the filter, ensuring all oil exits by slightly lifting the pump’s rear.
2. Allow the oil to filter through the system.
3. Water naturally separates from the oil during filtration; it will settle at the bottle’s bottom, with the oil floating on top.
4. Pour off the oil, discarding any water to prevent damage to the pump.
5. Refill the vacuum pump with filtered or fresh oil.

*Cartridges should be replaced after approximately 15-20 uses, or sooner, depending on the quality of the oil.
