FORNO bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage (Installation, unpacking, or removal of old appliances is not included).
FORNO will deliver your appliances to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.
