As reputable as Forno may be I am not happy with how quickly it broke down only after a few months of purchasing it. Even with a warranty, premium homesource has not been very successful with coordinating a technician to help fix the issue. I’ve been without a working fridge for more than a month now. I’ve not been able to speak to a real human being as well. For how expensive this fridge is and how little help premium source has been throughout the process, please think twice before purchasing anything on this site or Forno.

We love our new Forno refrigerator. Delivery was timely and professional. Clear instructions made assembly easy. Handles come with screws and a hex tool. Shelves slide right into place. The water hose for ice maker comes with connector for attachment to water line. There’s even a cute little scooper for ice cubes. Temperature control is easy to use and works great. This refrigerator fits very well into our kitchen as well as our lifestyle. The bronze handles on white make it look clean and elegant, plus it runs basically silently. We highly recommend this Forno refrigerator!

Gorgeous design and a large amount of interior space for refrigerator size.

One criticism is the trays in the doors which are not very secure. One has already fallen out twice and cracked - so beware !

Othe features are great - I hope they can sort out the design of the trays in future models.

It's a beautiful appliance that pushes beyond what we expect from contemporary fridge design it was difficult to find a compact fridge thats so roomy !

Premium Home Source did a fantastic job of communicating and confirming details about my order and the delivery was delivered on the first day of their original delivery estimate. There was no damage or any issues with the refrigerator upon delivery.

Very pleased with the product itself. It has the modern french door configuration with freezer drawer below, so it has more space than you would expect. We were upgrading from a (very) outdated two door horizontal fridge (fridge on the bottom, freezer on the top) and that fridge was nearly full with a basic amount of food / groceries. After moving everything into this Forno Espresso fridge, there is a significant amount of space left over. This refrigerator was a good choice for us, in particular, because we do not have water line available for the fridge, so it does not include a water supply on the door (which we wouldn't be able to use). It does still include an ice maker in the freezer drawer, so if you DO have a water supply, you can utilize the ice maker.

For anyone looking to upgrade from an older fridge or one that is less efficient with its storage space, this is a great option. I would recommend the product itself, as well as going through Premium Home Source. I hadn't heard of Premium Home Source prior to this order and was a little skeptical, but they were extremely professional and everything showed up on time and in perfect condition.
