BHI returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

BHI MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER

Purchased this right before it turned cold.

We used the air conditioner for a month and it worked great. Now we are using the heater, it works just as it should. We do not hear it when it comes on or goes off. It's so quiet. It keeps our bedroom and bathroom at the perfect temperature rather we're using the Air or the Heat. So proud to have this. We are about to purchase another one for our kitchen and living room area.

Excellent performance and value

I waited to review this BHI mini-split for a couple of months, to see how it performs compared to my other mini-splits. Answer: It's impressive! Powerful and whisper-quiet. Heats and cools my 300-sq-ft studio space with ease, perhaps even better than the old Gree unit it replaced. (Side note: install a surge protector! Mini splits don't like lightning strikes.) 20A/115V circuit is plenty. Includes more accessories than any previous unit I've installed; even the interconnecting electrical wires!

A little hard to heat in very cold weather

It seems like a well built unit. And was relatively easy to have installed. The temperature you said it to seems like it is lower than what you set it at. So you will need to set it at a higher temperature to achieve what you’re looking to do. However, it works just fine otherwise. Real good value for your money I think.

This is super quiet and works really well. It even works when it is below freezing outside. There is a learning curve with what temperature to set it at.
