THOR Kitchen orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

RETURN POLICY

THOR Kitchen returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.

Powerful range hood! Love it

This range hood is much more powerful than my old model - we used to have a broan but changed to this one because the reviews were steller. They were spot on! I don't have any issues with this hood. It works perfect and takes all the smell out of my kitchen. Thank you PHS for recommending this model!!

Perfect

This range hood is the perfect complement to our new range from Thor. They look fantastic together. I like that the buttons are hidden under the vent, it's the little details like that that elevates it.

Slick Range Hood!!

Just got this hood for my kitchen remodel. The Finish is beautiful!! Powerful fan motor, yet quiet. Easy to assemble and mount. Shipping was super quick too.

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.
