  • FORNO bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage (Installation, unpacking, or removal of old appliances is not included).
  • FORNO will deliver your appliances to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
  • For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
  • Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

This is absolutely the best refrigerator I’ve ever had. I absolutely love everything about it. There is plenty of space in fridge area to keep it neat and tidy and the two freezer drawers give you enough room for plenty of storage space Delivery was perfect. Very courteous delivery men and professional. Everyone who has seen it wants one now. Highly recommend this purchase

Perfect for my neurospicy family

I hated our old fridge because it made it hard to see what food we had, resulting in food waste! My fiancé and I both work full time and have a 3 year old and a puppy and could not afford to keep wasting money or food. We also both have adhd so it was easy for food to be out of sight > out of mind. I tried to organize it but it always seemed like there was never enough space. This new fridge has been life changing and worth every penny! I love how easy it is to take stock and see what food we have to eat. It also is super easy to keep clean and organized. It’s also aesthetically pleasing and looks beautiful in our kitchen! I’ve seen other ones that are similar and way more expensive but this one is perfect and I would’ve easily spent more considering how beautiful it looks. It also came with everything we needed to install it ourselves and delivery was perfect. We will likely be purchasing the matching dishwasher as well!

We love the look of this refrigerator in our new home! The previous owner left a stainless steel one that stuck out too much, this one is a much better fit and the interior lends itself to plenty of storage.
