          ZLINE orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

          Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

          RETURN POLICY

          ZLINE returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return. Accessories like chimneys, extensions, and trim kits are not returnable.

          Restocking Fee
          Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

          Non-Returnable Items
          Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.

          Great looking cooktop

          It is a great looking cooktop. You can tell that it's made with high quality. Even the knobs are high quality. I had it installed in my kitchen island a couple of weeks ago. I'm enjoying cooking again! Been cooking bacon on the cast iron grill on the weekends, the kids love it.
