MRCOOL orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including lineguards, wall mounts, linesets, couplers, and similar items are not eligible for return.

Amazing Product Awesome Customer Service!

I live in southern California and run an Airbnb out of my home. I was always concerned that my guest couldn’t control there own heat or A/C. So I decided to research my options. In so doing came across the Mr Cool split. After looking at other options all of which were way more expensive, I settled on the Mr Cool Mini split and decided to install in my self. The step by step instructions were easy to understand and well illustrated. After completing the project and starting the unit I was amazed how quiet and efficient the unit was! I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my friend ends and family.

Efficient & Easy to Install

My husband and a friend installed this in 2 days. The friend is an experience contractor, but both said it went in fairly easy. We put it in our bedroom. It is quiet and very efficient. The unit was a little larger than I'd hoped, but it's doing the job, so I'm OK with it.

Can you install the outdoor unit inside an outdoor shed?

What’s the difference between E Star and E Pro series

The main difference is that the MRCOOL DIY® E Star Series is ENERGY STAR certified, comes with a longer 25 ft pre-charged line set, and offers a much stronger warranty (5 years parts, 7 years compressor). The E Pro Series is not ENERGY STAR rated, includes a shorter 16 ft line set, and only carries a 1-year parts / 2-year compressor warranty. Both are DIY-friendly and operate in the same outdoor temperature ranges.
