MRCOOL orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including lineguards, wall mounts, linesets, couplers, and similar items are not eligible for return.

It’s as easy as advertised. I am a bit handy so I’d suggest having someone with a bit of carpentry experience.
Premium home was easy to deal with after the box with the protective line cover and the contents arrived damaged..they sent the replacement two days later. There was a part missing that is not needed but the book doesn’t say that…premium home called to explain that book hadn’t caught up with the model. Open all boses and check for parts against the list before you start. Works like a charm. Very satisfied. Should have done it years ago.

if you have extra line set length, can it be coiled and laid in attic space? I know I'll need more than 11.5 but not a full 16ft.

Yes, any excess MRCOOL DIY Quick Connect line set can be gently coiled and placed in the attic or another protected area. Just be sure to avoid making tight bends or kinks in the line set, as this can restrict refrigerant flow and affect performance.
