System Capacity: 18,000 BTU heating and 17,000 BTU cooling output covers spaces up to 800 sq. ft., with a SEER2 rating of 17.3 and HSPF2-4 of 8.5 for year-round efficiency that keeps operating costs low.
DIY Quick Connect Line Set (11.5 ft): Factory pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant and sealed Quick Connect fittings, this included 11.5 ft line set eliminates the need for vacuum pumps, gauges, or refrigerant handling, making true homeowner installation possible from day one. Additional lengths (16 ft, 25 ft, 35 ft, and 50 ft) are available separately.

RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Product was super easy to install. Works great and had a small issue that customer service was able to address with no problem

It’s as easy as advertised. I am a bit handy so I’d suggest having someone with a bit of carpentry experience.
Premium home was easy to deal with after the box with the protective line cover and the contents arrived damaged..they sent the replacement two days later. There was a part missing that is not needed but the book doesn’t say that…premium home called to explain that book hadn’t caught up with the model. Open all boses and check for parts against the list before you start. Works like a charm. Very satisfied. Should have done it years ago.

What is the lowest temperature setting?

I am getting ready to replace an older Mr. Cool unit. Do I have the option to get a shorter gas line? My compressor sits just outside the wall from the inside unit. Measurements are about 4 feet. No big deal if you can’t.
