The FORNO Scalo 30-Inch Over-the-Range Microwave in Black with an Antique Brass Handle is a 1.6 cu. ft. microwave with a built-in 300 CFM convertible ventilation system, designed to mount under a cabinet or on the wall above a 30-inch cooktop. It combines speed cooking, auto menu programs and a two-speed blower with an antique brass-finish plastic bar handle for everyday use. FORNO lists the handle as durable, cool-to-touch plastic. It is backed by a 2-year labor and parts warranty. A charcoal filter for recirculating (ductless) installation is included, so no additional accessory needs to be purchased.

SHIPPING POLICY

In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

FORNO will bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage.
Please note: Installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.

Damaged Appliances

If your appliance arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery.
Signing the delivery waiver confirms that you have inspected the appliance and found no damage.
FORNO cannot provide a replacement if the waiver has been signed and the damage is reported afterward.

Delivery Details

FORNO will deliver your appliance to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

Most customers receive tracking information 3–5 business days after placing an order.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We can’t process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Accessories are not eligible for return, including but not limited to chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles and similar items.

Damaged in Delivery? If you sign a waiver confirming your order arrived undamaged, no damage claims can be submitted afterwards. For all other orders, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.

Hi, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, the FORNO Scalo 30" Over The Range Microwave (model FOTR3007-30BLK) includes grease filters.

Here’s how to clean the grease filters:

* Clean the filters at least once a month. Never use the fan or microwave without the filters in place.
* Pull down slightly on the tab toward the front of your microwave to remove the filter. Repeat for the other filter.
* Soak the filters in hot water with detergent.
* Agitate and scrub with a brush to remove dirt.
* Rinse thoroughly and shake dry.
* Replace the filters by fitting them back into the opening.
