In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

FORNO bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage (Installation, unpacking, or removal of old appliances is not included).
FORNO will deliver your appliances to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.

Great microwave

Very satisfied with this microwave drawer. An upgrade from my previous Sharp. Cool design. Looks great in my kitchen. Well worth the cost.

Well-Designed Microwave

This is a wonderful drawer microwave that cooks beautifully. It is safer to lift out the cooked foods instead of reaching upwards and getting steam burns.
One of my favorite features is creating an exact cook time in minutes and seconds. This feature works on the Power/Time Cook as well a the Defrost time mode.
I am loving this microwave in my new kitchen.

In my honest opinion, it works even better than our original microwave with the standard rotating plate. It’s sleek, easy to clean, and surprisingly efficient. Plus, I get compliments on it every time I have guests over—definitely a conversation piece! If you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen with something functional and stylish, this is a must-have appliance.

Beautiful and works well

Clean Design, Easy to Use

We’ve been using the FMWDR3000-24WHT for a few weeks and it’s been great so far. Heats quickly and evenly, and the design looks nice and minimal in the kitchen. The touch controls feel modern, and it’s got all the basic functions without being overcomplicated. No complaints.
