Great Microwave Upgrade

I bought this replacement microwave about a month ago as part of a kitchen makeover we are in the middle of. It was the first of the appliances that we're replacing. Next task will be to paint the kitchen cabinets a light cream color and get the remaining appliances swapped out. Very happy with the purchase.

2 in 1, why buy a warming drawer

Exceeds our expectations each day. ZLINE delivered a product that looks sleek, and meets the needs of our family. A microwave and small wall oven that you can tell is built tough and to last. If you have the proper electricity for it, and a small space in your kitchen, this unit is awesome as a secondary small wall oven to our ZLINE range, of course!

loving my new ZLINE microwave!

I already owns several other ZLINE kitchen appliances. I am doing a kitchen re-do and wanted a microwave to match the other appliances.I purchased this and it looks great in the kitchen. Gives a nice sense of continuity since it matches all of my other stainless steel ZLINE appliances. Sleek lines, modern looking appearance. I definitely recommend it.

High quality microwave with many features. Have always had good luck with Kitchen Aid brand products. This one was a perfect match to the oven I already had.

Ticks all the right boxes!

Is it a microwave? Is it a convection oven? Is it the right size? Is it good looking? Yes to all. We've only had it for a few months but so far so good. Plenty of power and great features

Love it! Very happy with purchase

So happy with my new Micro/Convection, though I haven't used the Convection yet. It's much larger than my old GE unit that was 23 years old. So much more power! Though I have to get used to the turntable, I'm happy with everything about it!

So Far So Good. Very Happy

I am very happy with my purchase. I mostly use it for microwaving but I have used the convection for roasting sweet potatoes and they came out perfectly in 15 minutes. I have not used it to bake anything. I love the larger size but I have to be honest, my 20 year old Kitchenaid microwaved faster than this one. This one is a lot louder too.

The real deal

This microwave oven is the real deal. I didn't think cooking could be more fun than how I usually do it with my old microwave. Express and multi-stage cooking options, sensors, and multiple auto-defrost features--all of these make cooking more convenient for me. My favorite feature though is the child lock safety, because I have a 6-year old daughter, and this feature allows me to cook without worrying that she might hurt herself.

It's great for what it does

Impressive to look at but difficult to install. I gave up halfway and contacted my contractor, but then again, I was never handy around the house. I use it mostly for microwaving and every now and then, a roast chicken for my kids. Overall, happy with my purchase! Have had it for a year. I would buy again but I may also just buy just the microwave the next time. No need for the convection.

Excellent oven

We purchased this unit because the online reviews seemed good and the delivery timeline was estimated to be 1 week which was much better than other brands quoting 4-6 months due to Covid supply chain constraints. Product delivery ended up being 2 weeks but not too bad compared to alternatives. We installed the unit today. Installation was very easy with two installation options (flush mount and proud mount which is about 3/8" out from cabinet). We chose proud mount because we were installing the unit in a prior cabinet hole where our GE unit used to sit. The hole was slightly wider than this unit so we needed to put trim pieces on either side. The unit works awesome, heats fast - it is way better than the GE Monogram series we had prior to this one. This oven has more features than ANY other unit on the market with a comparable price and everything works perfectly. The interior dimensions are excellent as the unit is a little taller inside than others we looked at... this means you are not restricted when cooking bigger items. So far we LOVE IT! Please note you may need to swap out your receptacle to a 20amp with 90 degree plug inputs- this is really easy to do but requires buying a $3 receptacle

Microwave itself is excellent. Wonderful having the second convection oven...although it does take a long time to preheat for a small oven. Looks great too. I just wish zline put out a better, clearer user manual.
