SHIPPING POLICY

In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

FORNO will bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage.
Please note: Installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.

Damaged Appliances

If your appliance arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery.
Signing the delivery waiver confirms that you have inspected the appliance and found no damage.
FORNO cannot provide a replacement if the waiver has been signed and the damage is reported afterward.

Delivery Details

FORNO will deliver your appliance to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

Delivery is not available to all ZIP codes. Please contact our Sales Team to confirm availability in your area.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

Most customers receive tracking information 3–5 business days after placing an order.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We can’t process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Accessories are not eligible for return, including but not limited to chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles and similar items.

Damaged in Delivery? If you sign a waiver confirming your order arrived undamaged, no damage claims can be submitted afterwards. For all other orders, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.

Impressive Hood Power

This range hood has four different exhaust levels to draw the cooking steam off the range and out of the room. It is impressive. The lights are so bright and illuminate the work area so well. My first impression was to compare it to landing lights. It definitely feels like a professional hood and looks like one.

The FORNO Espresso Bari 30" Under Cabinet Range Hood (Model FRHUC5255-30WHT) is currently only available in the 30-inch size. FORNO does not offer a 36-inch version of this specific model at this time.

However, FORNO does have one available 36-inch range hood in white that may meet your needs. You can view it here:

Can it be used as ductless?

No, this range hood is designed for ducted installation only and cannot be used in a ductless configuration.

However, if you're open to alternatives, FORNO has recently released an over-the-range microwave in the same white with antique brass finish. It supports both ducted and ductless ventilation using the included charcoal filters. What are the handles for? Can this be used without them? They do not match our kitchen, which has black handles.

Hi Rebecca, the handles are designed for aesthetic purposes and to help open the filter (see Page 11 in the manual). However, this product also includes stainless steel handles, which might better match your kitchen.
