The 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY 18K BTU 2-Zone Ductless Heat Pump Condenser (DIY-MULTI2-18HP230) is the latest in heat pump technology. This 2-zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21 SEER efficiency rating. It also has the ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F. It features robust construction which includes a Gold Fin Condenser coating so it is sure to withstand exposure to the elements. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. As a MRCOOL DIY product, this heat pump is designed specifically to be used with MRCOOL patented Pre-Charged Quick Connect Line Sets.

These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant. They are also equipped with quick connectors, so the line set can be connected to the condenser by the homeowner using only wrenches. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

Free Curbside Delivery
MRCOOL orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Dual Zone 18,000 Mini Split

Installed this dual zone 18,000 BTU mini split 10 days ago. I got this condenser, the 12,000 BTU ceiling cassette, and the 9,000 BTU wall air handler.
I purchased this exact system last year and have been happy with it. I have an oil burning forced hot air furnace in the house and I'm using these to supplement that. It’s feeling much cooler in the summer, and I used about half the oil I usually burn…. Hoping this second unit lowers that number even further. It will also make for a more even cool during the summer.
