RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Hi Andrew, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, this cassette is just the indoor air handler and does require an outdoor condenser to function as a complete system. Since it’s a DIY 5th Gen multi-zone unit, you’ll need a compatible MRCOOL DIY multi-zone condenser (ex: DIY-MULTI3-18HP230D-O).
