Free Curbside Delivery
MRCOOL orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

RETURN POLICY

MRCOOL returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee
Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including lineguards, wall mounts, linesets, couplers, and similar items are not eligible for return.

High quality time saver

Installed on a Gree Flexx 36k

This line set is a bit expensive but very well made. It does come with the adapters needed to connect to standard flare fittings but no thread lubricant is supplied. I recommend Nylog.

Other than the inherent difficulty of bending 3/4" copper pipe, it was a breeze to install. Product is 10/10 but I can see where a premade line set would not be appropriate for a lot of installs and the length calculation is absolutely critical.

Both lines come individually insulated and the insulation is high quality. I did not need the liquid line insulation for my application so it was been removed.
