  • 36" Refrigerator with Ice Maker (FFRBI1820-36WHT): Keeps fresh food and drinks within easy reach with a flexible interior layout, in a design that complements the rest of the suite. Standout features include 19.2 cu. ft. of capacity, a counter-depth French door bottom-freezer design, a built-in ice maker, up to 4.00 lbs. of ice per day and ENERGY STAR certification. Finished in white with antique brass handles.
  • 24" Dishwasher (FDWBI8067-24WHT): Makes cleanup simple with dependable cleaning performance and a flexible interior, in a built-in design that complements the suite. SHIPPING POLICY

In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

FORNO will bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage.
Please note: Installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.

Damaged Appliances

If your appliance arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery.
Signing the delivery waiver confirms that you have inspected the appliance and found no damage.
FORNO cannot provide a replacement if the waiver has been signed and the damage is reported afterward.

Delivery Details

FORNO will deliver your appliance to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

Most customers receive tracking information 3–5 business days after placing an order.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We can’t process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Accessories are not eligible for return, including but not limited to chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles and similar items.

Damaged in Delivery? If you sign a waiver confirming your order arrived undamaged, no damage claims can be submitted afterwards. For all other orders, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.
