  • 48" Gas Range (FFSGS6244-48BLK): Built for everyday cooking and entertaining, this gas range brings responsive heat control and generous oven capacity to your kitchen. Key features include 8 burners with up to 20,000 BTU of power, a double oven with 6.58 cu. ft. of total capacity, convection cooking, a griddle and LP conversion capability. Offered in black with antique brass accents.
  • 48" Wall Mount Range Hood (FRHWM5078-48BLK): This wall mount range hood clears smoke and odors efficiently with dependable ventilation power, and finishes the cooking area with a coordinated look. Key features include up to 424 CFM of airflow, 3 fan speeds, stainless steel baffle filters and touch controls. Offered in black and antique brass trim with remote control.

SHIPPING POLICY

In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)

FORNO will bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage.
Please note: Installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.

Damaged Appliances

If your appliance arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery.
Signing the delivery waiver confirms that you have inspected the appliance and found no damage.
FORNO cannot provide a replacement if the waiver has been signed and the damage is reported afterward.

Delivery Details

FORNO will deliver your appliance to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

Most customers receive tracking information 3–5 business days after placing an order.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate.

RETURN POLICY

FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We can’t process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Accessories are not eligible for return, including but not limited to chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles and similar items.

Damaged in Delivery? If you sign a waiver confirming your order arrived undamaged, no damage claims can be submitted afterwards. For all other orders, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.

Does forno 48” black range hood come with a chimney or is one available?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The FORNO 48” Black Range Hood does not come with a chimney, and a chimney kit is not available for this model. You have two options:

-You can have a custom chimney built to fit your space
-Or install it as an under-cabinet hood, with cabinetry built above it
