DESCRIPTION

A 6 in., 12 in., or 24 in. downrod can be selected at purchase with an i6 indoor or i6 outdoor ceiling fan, ensuring proper clearance and secure mounting based on your ceiling height. All other downrod options are available separately to accommodate additional installation needs.

  • Minimum Requirement: 84- and 96-in. outdoor i6 fans require a minimum 12 in. downrod to maintain proper spacing and optimal airflow.
  • Complete Installation Kit: Each downrod includes a full kit to hang and install one ceiling fan, simplifying setup.
  • Legacy Compatibility: Downrods can be used on previous generation fans, offering flexibility for replacements or upgrades.
  • Model Specific: i6 downrods are designed exclusively for i6 fans and cannot be used with other fan models.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Curbside Delivery
Big Ass Fans orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Shipping Times
Evaporative Coolers: 5-8 days
Ceiling Fans: 20-32 days
Please note some custom fans can take 50 days, check the product page for specific dates.

RETURN POLICY

Big Ass Fans returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
