DESCRIPTION

A 6 in., 12 in., or 24 in. downrod can be selected at purchase with an i6 indoor or i6 outdoor ceiling fan, ensuring proper clearance and reliable installation for your space. Additional downrod lengths are available separately to accommodate different ceiling heights and mounting needs.

  • Minimum Requirement: 84- and 96-in. outdoor i6 fans require at least a 12 in. downrod to maintain safe spacing and optimal airflow.
  • Full Installation Kit: Each downrod includes a complete kit to hang and install one ceiling fan for a streamlined setup.
  • Backwards Compatible: Downrods can be used on select previous generation fans, offering flexibility for replacements or upgrades.
  • Model Specific: i6 downrods are engineered exclusively for i6 fans and are not compatible with other fan models.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Curbside Delivery
Big Ass Fans orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Shipping Times
Evaporative Coolers: 5-8 days
Ceiling Fans: 20-32 days
Please note some custom fans can take 50 days, check the product page for specific dates.

RETURN POLICY

Big Ass Fans returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
