Choose from 6 in., 12 in., or 24 in. downrod lengths at the time of purchase for your i6 indoor or i6 outdoor ceiling fan, ensuring proper clearance, stability, and reliable installation. Additional downrod sizes and configurations are available separately to fit unique ceiling heights and placement needs.

  • Minimum Length Requirement: 84- and 96-in. outdoor i6 fans require at least a 12 in. downrod for safe operation and optimal airflow.
  • Installation Kit Included: Each downrod comes with a complete kit to hang and install a single ceiling fan, making setup straightforward.
  • Generational Use: Downrods can be used with select previous generation fans, offering flexibility for replacements or expansions.
  • i6 Specific Design: i6 downrods are engineered exclusively for i6 fan models and are not compatible with other fan types.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Curbside Delivery
Big Ass Fans orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Shipping Times
Evaporative Coolers: 5-8 days
Ceiling Fans: 20-32 days

RETURN POLICY

Big Ass Fans returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
