DESCRIPTION

These Haiku downrods provide the proper hanging height and secure installation needed for both indoor and outdoor Haiku ceiling fans. With multiple length options available, they ensure safe operation, correct airflow performance, and compatibility with current-generation and Haiku 2.5 models while maintaining a clean, cohesive look.

  • Length Options: Choose 12 in., 20 in., or 32 in. when purchasing a Haiku indoor or outdoor fan, with additional options available separately.
  • Outdoor Requirement: An 84-in. outdoor fan must use a 12-in. downrod or longer for proper clearance and performance.
  • Complete Kit: Each downrod includes all hardware needed to hang and install one ceiling fan.
  • Gold Hardware: Gold finish hardware is intended for indoor use only.
  • Fan Compatibility: Suitable for current-generation Haiku fans and Haiku 2.5 models.
  • Brand Specific: Haiku downrods cannot be used with non-Haiku fans.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Curbside Delivery
Big Ass Fans orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Shipping Times
Evaporative Coolers: 5-8 days
Ceiling Fans: 20-32 days
Please note some custom fans can take 50 days, check the product page for specific dates.

RETURN POLICY

Big Ass Fans returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
