DESCRIPTION

Haiku downrods offer dependable support and proper hanging height for both indoor and outdoor Haiku ceiling fans. Available in multiple lengths, they ensure safe installation, optimal airflow, and compatibility with current-generation models, all while including the full hardware kit needed for a clean and secure setup.

  • Length Selection: Choose 12 in., 20 in., or 32 in. when purchasing a Haiku indoor or outdoor fan, with additional options sold separately.
  • Outdoor Requirement: An 84-in. outdoor Haiku fan must use a downrod of 12 in. or longer.
  • Complete Hardware: Each downrod includes a full kit for hanging and installing one ceiling fan.
  • Gold Finish: Gold hardware is intended for indoor use only.
  • Fan Compatibility: Works with current-generation Haiku fans and Haiku 2.5 models.
  • Brand Limitation: Not compatible with fans outside the Haiku brand.

Free Curbside Delivery
Big Ass Fans orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.

Shipping Times
Evaporative Coolers: 5-8 days
Ceiling Fans: 20-32 days
Please note some custom fans can take 50 days, check the product page for specific dates.

RETURN POLICY

Big Ass Fans returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
