why doesn't this package come with the power cords for the dishwasher or range? Where are they purchased?

Premium Home Source

Hi Viviana,

The FORNO Espresso Package – which includes the 30" Electric Range (FFSEL6012-30WHT) and 24" Dishwasher (FDWBI8067-24WHT) – does not include power cords. This is standard practice across the appliance industry because electrical requirements can vary depending on your local building codes and kitchen setup.

Electric Range (FFSEL6012-30WHT):
The range requires a separate power cord, which is not included. It typically uses either a 3-wire (NEMA 10-50R) or 4-wire (NEMA 14-50R) cord, rated at 250V/50 amp. The correct cord type depends on your outlet configuration.

Dishwasher (FDWBI8067-24WHT):
The dishwasher is designed to be hardwired, but if you prefer a plug-in installation, a compatible dishwasher power cord kit must be purchased separately.

Where to Buy Power Cords:
You can purchase the appropriate cords at most hardware stores or online retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, or appliance specialty stores. We recommend confirming the specifications or consulting with a licensed electrician for safe installation.

Hope this helps!
