DESCRIPTION

This 25 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. These Line Sets are Pre-Charged. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.

This lineset does NOT come with communication wire. However, if you are purchasing a MRCOOL DIY system with an Air Handler, a 25' communication wire is included in the Air Handler box.

This 25ft pre charged line was easy to install and works well.

Tight location but got it there

The 25ft got me over a very unconventional location. It had to pass inside some very tight spots. The foam was torn up in a feather pattern but this is the nature of my house. I used a vinyl adhesive to repair/replace the rips. Very much like the rolls that come with the product but I felt more comfortable with a sticky version. I got smarter later and started applying soap in the tight spots.

New cover over insulated line set

I purchased one of these in 2023 and it worked fine, but I had to wrap the insulated line set. I purchased this one in 2024 and it came with the whole line set insulated and in a rubbery-ish barrier with a plastic bag cover over it. I assume the plastic bag cover was just for shipping , but I left it on. The extra covering was nice because I installed it under my deck so it made installation much faster.
