Shipping Policy
- In-Home Delivery: The courier will bring the appliance inside and inspect it for damages. Installation, debris removal, and haul-away are not included.
- Delivery to Room of Choice: Includes delivery to your chosen room, up to 7 steps up a flight of stairs with 2 movers.
- If you have more than 7 steps, you must notify us before shipment, as additional fees will apply.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
Return Requirements
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging (including the box and pallet).
- If the original packaging is missing, the return will not be accepted.
- Used or installed products cannot be returned.
FORNO Returns
- Forno products ship directly from their warehouse and must be unopened and unused for a return.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all Forno returns.
- If your Forno appliance has minor damage, a replacement part will be provided.
- If there is major damage, Forno will replace the unit.
